All Testers come with a 1 Year warranty on all parts except on trailer light tester 7 pin plug and its lead of which no warranty is available and internal battery if the unit came with one..

• Repairs for part failures of your tester is under the 1 year warranty and is also labour free – you just need to pay shipping for sending and receiving your tester. Shipping cost are paid by you, shipment from you and back to you will vary depending on where you live. Contact us via the contact form with your address and the type of tester you have and we will reply with a quote and instructions.
• Warranty does not cover units that have been damaged by misuse or units that have been opened during the 1 year warranty period.

Out of Warranty & Missuse Repairs

• If you require repairs to your unit out of warranty (that is outside of the 1 year purchase date) or if its been damaged by misuse during the warranty period you will again be required send your tester to our postage address above and we will respond with a free quote for repair and postage back to you.
